The new Voyager 2 series is a compact, integrated licence plate capture camera designed for high
performance, long life and low maintenance. All Voyager products capture images of the number
plate on a 24 hour basis - day and night. Voyager 2 is available in 20m (66ft), 30m (98ft) or 40m (132ft) versions and is designed for quick and easy installation in a purpose designed environmental housing. Other distance models are available on request. Voyager overcomes all problems associated with number plate capture – speed, reflectivity, sunlight, car headlights and depth of field – regardless of ambient lighting conditions. The camera comes with a 3 year warranty and industry leading long life and low running costs. It can be used directly with DVR’s on a stand alone basis or used in conjunction with LPR software systems. A PSU with control features is included. Information about the installed system - Height from the lane: 4.5 meters (14.7 ft) - Distance from licence plate: 25 meters (82 ft) - For digitizing the analog video signal and send digital images directly over the IP network, the AXIS Video Encoder Q7404 in being used.
