 AXIS 2130 PTZ Network Camera - Motion JPEG Video stream
 To maneuver the camera, click on any part of the image to point the camera on an object. If you have a wheel mouse, move the pointer over an object and roll the wheel slowly forward to Zoom-In or backward to Zoom-Out.
AXIS Media Control is the ActiveX component used for
viewing and handling media streams produced by Axis video products. After you have been connected to the camera server, you
will see an ActiveX warning; that component is digitally signed by Axis Communications AB, install it and allow it to run.
